Pig & Fire House of Barbeque is situated in an historic mansion in Washington County that was built on Quail Hill in 1837. Owner-Operators, Matt and Susanne Sager, had a combined 20 years of experience in the restaurant business when they decided to adjust to an elevated barbeque experience.
Exclusively using western Pennsylvania Cherrywood to barbeque, Chef Kevin Castellucci arrives at the crack of dawn to fire up the wood-fired pit. The use of Cherrywood sets apart a distinct flavor and beautiful bright pink smoke ring for pit-fired Brisket, Pork Shoulder, and Chicken. All rubs and a variety of barbeque sauces are made in-house for an elevated barbeque experience in an historic atmosphere.
When dining at Pig & Fire House of Barbeque, take note of our extensive craft North American and European Beer list to satiate that mouthwatering Q. Our scratch cocktail program has been developed over the last 10 years and now specializes in a variety of exceptional Margaritas. Included in our full service bar, of course we offer an excellent wine selection as well.
"Swine is fine and beer is barley wine."
