Your search for "bbq near me" or "restaurants near me" led you to Pig & Fire House of Barbeque, which is situated in an historic mansion in Washington County that was built on Quail Hill in 1837.  Owner-Operators, Matt and Susanne Sager, had a combined 20 years of experience in the restaurant business when they decided to adjust to an elevated barbecue restaurant experience.  

Exclusively using western Pennsylvania Cherrywood to barbeque chicken, ribs, brisket and pork. Chef Kevin Castellucci arrives at the crack of dawn to fire up the wood-fired pit.  The use of Cherrywood sets apart a distinct flavor and beautiful bright pink smoke ring for pit-fired Brisket, Pork Shoulder, and Chicken.  All rubs and a variety of barbeque sauces are made in-house for an elevated barbeque menu in an historic atmosphere.
