Exclusively using western Pennsylvania Cherrywood to barbeque chicken, ribs, brisket and pork. Chef Kevin Castellucci arrives at the crack of dawn to fire up the wood-fired pit. The use of Cherrywood sets apart a distinct flavor and beautiful bright pink smoke ring for pit-fired Brisket, Pork Shoulder, and Chicken. All rubs and a variety of barbeque sauces are made in-house for an elevated barbeque menu in an historic atmosphere.
